Welcome to 2010 Spring/Summer Registration at the Lancaster Aquatic Club (LAC).LAC provides instruction for swimmers of all ages and abilities, ranging from beginners to Junior National qualifiers.We run an Individual Medley based program with a focus on all four strokes. At the younger ages, we promote the sport of swimming with a heavy focus on good technique and a requirement that the swimmers have a lot of fun! As swimmers get older we start to emphasize commitment and introduce some more aerobic based training. When swimmers progress to the Senior group, we expect a serious commitment to the sport so we can help each athlete realize their full potential. All along the training progression, our goal is to develop swimmers who enjoy doing what they do.
OPEN HOUSE
LAC will run a stroke clinicand hold swimmer evaluation sessions at two Open Houses.These will be held at LAC’s new indoor pool at the Phoenix Academy (630 Rockland St., Lancaster) on Saturday, February 20th from Noon-2 pm andSaturday, March 6th from Noon-2 pm.Upon being placed into the appropriate LAC training group by our coaching staff, please register online.
All registrants will pay a nonrefundable deposit of $75 at checkout ,payable by credit card. This deposit will be used to offset charges fro USS fee, training fees and meet entry fees.
