The Lancaster Aquatic Club (LAC), a year-round competitive USA swim team,  provides instruction for swimmers of all ages and abilities, ranging from beginners to Olympic Trial qualifiers. LAC is a  IRS 501 (c) (3) organiziation run by parents for the swimmers..

Our training philosophy is individual medley based with intense focus on technique for all strokes.  Our goal is to help each athlete realize their full potential and enjoy what they do along the way. 

All of our coaches, as members of the American Swim Coaches Association, have access to the most comprehensive training/certification program for youth coaches of any sport in the United States.
